Learn to Hypnotize People With Conversation

To learn to hypnotize people you could study the masters, go to school to become a professional hypnotherapist, or you could read information or take a course on the art of hypnosis.

But all hypnosis doesn't involve a swinging pocket watch or a pendulum and a dark room with a Rasputin-like character attempting to put someone into a trance. The kind of hypnosis that's most effective in helping you get what you want is actually conversational hypnosis.

Conversational hypnosis is the act of using strong persuasion in ordinary conversation to get people to do what you want. The misconceptions about what it takes to learn to hypnotize people are what keep most people from ever trying conversational hypnosis. That's a shame, because anyone can learn to do this.

First, when you want to learn to hypnotize people without them knowing and influence them through basic conversation, you have to learn to read people. This sounds complicated, but the key is simply listening to them.

You can't encounter someone and within two minutes start the process. Well, you can, but you're not going to be successful! Listen as long as you can, and learn to read between the lines. Many people say one thing, but their actions hint at something else. Someone protesting that they don't care about something someone said about them might care very much if they act nervous while they're saying it.

If they're chewing their nails, if their lips are shaking slightly, if they're talking quickly or breathlessly, or if they're fidgeting by shaking a foot or using their hands excessively, then their actions don't match their words. Learn to pick up on those clues so you can get a sense of the person if you've just met, or you can judge how someone you already know well is feeling at that particular moment.

Next, you must think like a salesman. Salespeople use this technique daily. Let's say you want to learn to hypnotize someone because when you're together he never wants to go see the movie you want to see and you'd like to influence him a little bit. That might seem like a silly example, but it's a perfect scenario to test your skills. You've listened and you know he's in a pretty decent mood, nothing's really bothering him at the moment.

It's time to use a technique known as pattern interrupt. This is when you take what he'll be expecting you to say, and you say something completely different. If you often have a conversation that goes much like:

Him: "What are you doing tonight?"

You: "Nothing much."

Him: "Want to see a movie?"

You: "I guess so."

He'll expect the same responses from you, in general. So this time, when he asks, "Want to see a movie?" you can say something he's not expecting. If you're in sight distance of a magazine or a newspaper, you could note the headline out loud rather than answering the question. "Want to see a movie?" would then be followed by, "Obama's on the cover of Time again." Or you could say "Yes, if my foot will stop throbbing."

Anything unexpected will do, and the more unexpected the better. This "pattern interrupt" causes a jolt in the other person's brain and causes them to suddenly pay more attention.

Now that you've gotten his attention, before he can recover from the mind jolt say something like: "Hey, it'd be great if you'd take me to see -insert movie he probably doesn't want to see--." Or, "I'd love to try that new restaurant downtown | movie| boat ride|etc." Suggest whatever it is that you'd like to do that you know he normally wouldn't.

The key is making the suggestion right after the pattern interrupt while making sure it doesn't sound forced. Subtlety is important. This goes beyond the art of persuasion and uses science to plant a suggestion into that person's mind. Don't be discouraged if you try this and it doesn't work for a while. Like anything else, it takes a lot of practice. Be sure and practice on a variety of people and not just people you know very well so you can practice reading people's moods and personalities, too.

This is just one of the ways you can learn to hypnotize people without them knowing.

How To Hypnotize Effortlessly

Learning how to hypnotize is really not very difficult. It just takes some moderate training to learn exactly how to hypnotize, and then consistent effort. Anyone that is dedicated and disciplined enough to take 20 minutes out of their day to practice and hone their skills can learn how to hypnotize someone in just a mater of a couple weeks. Within 90 days, you could have your ability down pat so you could hypnotize just about anyone, anywhere without any effort.

When most people think of hypnosis, they think of someone being hypnotized with a gold watch and the light voice saying "you're getting very sleepy." That is actually a form of hypnosis, but there is another form of hypnosis that many business leaders, government agencies, doctors and even cops use in order to achieve their goals. It's called covert hypnosis, which allows you to hypnotize people without them even knowing it. You don't need their permission, you don't need to have them laying in a relaxed position, and you don't need a gold watch.

With covet hypnosis you use particular language, specific tones of your voice, and slight variances in body language to help ease people into a comfortable state. When you achieve that, you can use techniques to induce amnesia and use subtle, descriptive language to make they do or think just about anything you ask them to.

What you can't do is make people do things that they would not ordinarily do, but with covert hypnosis you can become more attractive, more persuasive, and easily talk people into things.

Covert hypnosis, as studied by some of the most renowned psychologist and documented in credible professional journals, is not difficult. With the appropriate training and practice, you can learn how to hypnotize people as easily as you can learn how to play the guitar or train yourself to run a marathon. When you learn how to create a relaxed environment and use hypnotic scripts, you can achieve great things. And it doesn't have to stop with hypnotizing other people. You can learn how to hypnotize yourself in order to achieve your goals effortlessly.

How fast can you hypnotize someone? Stop for a moment, and imagine what it would be like, and how much fun you could have if you could hypnotize someone instantly.

Is Hypnosis Difficult?

Hypnotizing someone fast is really really easy.

In fact, many times its easier to hypnotize someone instantly than with a long induction. All you need is to learn proven hypnosis techniques and follow them properly add a bit of confidence and voila!

People will drop into trance like a rocket if you just tell them to. Of course you still need to know the proper technique and confidence only comes from practice because...

Confidence is the key to hypnotic success

Confidence is the critical factor for your hypnosis success. If you don't have confidence, then you will probably fail. But if you start your hypnosis practice with confidence then you will have positive attitude and succeed in this way.

Hypnotize Your Friends in 6 Seconds

Now, you have some basics about hypnotizing others. So it is time to start your first hypnosis practice today - right NOW.

The biggest barrier to hypnotizing someone is fear. So its important for you to exude confidence and remove all fears that your friend/subject may have before trying to induce them into hypnosis.

So your first task is to calm your subject. After your subject is in relaxed state, do the following actions. Take one of his arms and ask him to look at your eyes.

Ask your subject if they are ready to be hypnotized. Once they say yes, its almost certain he will go into trance. This is called "a hypnotic contract".

Next have your subject stare at your the tip of your index finger. Place your hands gently behind his head, cradling the back of his head. slowly trace your index finger up and down and side to side, be sure he is following your finger, when you feel ready all you have to do is lower your finger and as you notice his eyes following your finger downward, suddenly and without warning say the word sleep, pull your subjects head forward and down gently as you do so.

Your subject is now in a state of trance. You will have to keep speaking and giving him instructions to keep going deeper after that you can start by having your subject do simple things that cause them to deeper into trance - This is a very easy instant hypnotic induction and can be done in just seconds any where and any time.

Conversational Hypnosis: 4 Reasons Why Anyone Can Hypnotize Anybody

Conversational hypnosis is not some sort of magic incantation known only to wizards and shifty looking geezers with unusually bad sideburns. It is actually a well established psychological technique used by professional people the world over. It is based upon clinical research and practice not myth and speculation. Conversational hypnosis is a set of clearly defined methods that achieve specific psychological effects. These methods can be learned by pretty much anyone.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that you can sit in your chair, watch a couple of YouTube videos and then go out into the real world and convince your boss that he or she should give you a 15% pay rise and the rest of the month off. Conversational hypnosis is a skill and just like any other skill it takes time and effort to learn. However, it's nowhere near as hard to learn as you might imagine. It's not like trying to learn advanced mathematics but is rather more like learning to complete a Rubik Cube. There are a clearly defined number of moves that you need to understand and perfect, but you don't need to be Einstein to do it. So what are the four main reasons that make this possible?

It's just not as difficult as you might think.

If I tell you that conversational hypnosis is achieved by using hypnotic language to put someone in a trance and then make suggestions to their unconscious mind you will probably think that sounds pretty complicated. However that is because you don't yet understand fully what those terms mean. If I then tell you that a trance is something that we all experience pretty much everyday and that there are some really simple language patterns you can use to put anyone in a trance, it starts to sound far less difficult.

The fact is, just like learning how to solve a Rubik Cube, there's quite a bit of information you need to understand in order to do it. However this information, in itself, is not difficult to grasp. Perhaps more importantly, keeping the cube analogy going, you need to practice a lot to get really good at it. Fortunately there are some excellent online courses you can access that make it possible for you to learn conversational hypnosis (and how to solve a Rubik Cube if you like.) All you need is the time, commitment and focus to make it possible for you to hypnotize someone.

It's not a matter of belief.

One of the most commonly held misconceptions about conversational hypnosis is that you need to believe in it for it to work. This is total nonsense.

It's not a matter of faith. The person being hypnotized doesn't need to believe in it for it to work because it's about precise psychoactive techniques not wishful thinking. In fact, conversational hypnosis is actually most effective when the person being hypnotized doesn't know that they are being hypnotized at all. As far as they are concerned they are having a chat with an engaging and interesting person. The hypnotist is the only one aware of the process and uses what they know to make suggestion within the context of the conversation. The subject registers this underlying message unconsciously. In effect, from the hypnotists perspective, there are two conversations occurring at the same time.

Hypnosis is a natural everyday occurrence.

The hypnotic trance is the most important part of the conversational hypnosis process. If you want to hypnotize anybody you must be able to put them into something called the open trance. Thereafter you need to be able to recognize the tell-tale signs that they are in a trance and keep them there while you make your suggestions to their unconscious mind. Sounds complicated but it really isn't because we go in and out of trances all the time and they are relatively easy to induce.

Have you ever been watching TV, or listening to music or reading a book when someone asks you something and you fail to respond. It's not that you've gone deaf or that you have suddenly decided to be rude and ignore everybody. Most of us will recognize that feeling of being aware of somebody talking to us but finding it difficult to answer because we are focused upon doing something else. This is a trance.

When our conscious thoughts are occupied in this way our subconscious is still aware otherwise it would be impossible to interrupt anyone. "Snap out of it" literally means snap out of the trance you are in. Just as our attention can be captivated by a movie or great tune so can we be utterly engrossed in conversation. By learning conversational hypnosis you simply discover the techniques that enable you to take full advantage of this completely natural and extremely frequent event.

Conversational Hypnosis is Available to Anyone.

There was a time, not long ago, when conversational hypnosis courses were only really available to a privileged few. This was, no doubt, due in part to the massive fees charged by the best hypnotists such as Igor Ledochowski. It will come as no surprise to you that business executives were, and remain, extremely keen to learn the incredible negotiation techniques that conversational hypnosis teaches. However, for many years, most people were simply denied the opportunity to learn these invaluable methods purely because of the cost.

However, as with pretty much every other activity, the Internet has dramatically changed this situation. There are now a wealth of resources available, that you can access online, that teach effective conversational technique. However, a word of warning. Whilst there are some extremely well written and constructed courses that genuinely provide all the information and support you need there are also many that are real garbage. Discretion is required if you are serious about learning conversational hypnosis but make no mistake, the techniques you can learn are incredibly powerful and can change your life.

I call this method approach "error detection" because you have the object completely satisfied that you focus on something other than them, but the opposite is true. So let's get to it...

Start a conversation with a friend or even a stranger. Ask them that some open ended questions to get their talk and their busy minds. Ask them what they have done today, they plan to the end of the week, or what they think of a recent film, they saw. Keep it simple so it needs very little thinking on their part, but just enough to keep them occupied.

Now keep agreeing with them, but from time to time do look. Instead, look at just over their shoulder as if you look at something going on behind them. Soon they think you that you do not pay attention, but it is where you spend the most attention. Continue to ask general questions of order and try to time your glance with your question so they turn around to know what you look at.

At the moment, use light techniques of the mouth to conclude their subconscious mind of the thoughts. For example, you could say:

"You mentioned a film really very well, that you saw the other day (Tower of the subject).". You hate the taste and the smell of cigarettes and get violently ill. What was nearby, this film? »

So that this works, you should use mild appropriate tone of the language of the mouth, and the speed at which you give your order. Remember that you are not really talk to them, you are inserting thoughts into their subconscious minds.
